Description
WHY ATTEND
MiFID II product governance requirements have been in place for several years now and we have seen regulators undertake reviews of firm’s implementation of the requirements in the last 12-18 months. This session is aimed at highlighting regulatory expectations for buy-side firms and what good and poor practice looks like when practically implementing the requirements for manufacturers and distributors.

- Regulatory Focus Areas - Gain insight into the areas where regulators are focusing in supervisory engagements with firms, both in terms of thematic reviews and individual firm interactions
