Leadership Bootcamp
Description
This interactive and reflective bootcamp is designed to help emerging and current leaders deepen their understanding of leadership, enhance self-awareness, and build stronger team dynamics. Across three half-day sessions, participants will explore the core principles of leadership, examine their own leadership identity, and develop practical strategies for leading with confidence and authenticity.
Day 1: What is leadership and who are you as a leader? - 9 October 2025
- Session One focuses on defining leadership, distinguishing it from management, and exploring personal leadership styles through the lens of the six human needs.
Day 2: Understanding group dynamics - 5 November 2025
- Session Two dives into group dynamics, commitment, and the power of role modelling, while addressing motivation and limiting beliefs.
Day 3: Team development - 27 November 2025
- Session Three centres on team development, overcoming internal barriers, and building confidence to lead effectively within teams.
Through a blend of teaching, coaching, and group discussion, this bootcamp equips participants with the tools and insights to lead with clarity, purpose, and impact.
