Kirstie Galloway is a senior financial services technology leader with over 25 years' experience, spanning C-suite roles at HSBC, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and JP Morgan across London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. She has since moved into consultancy, supporting the asset and wealth management sector in embracing and accelerating technology transformation in an industry where the landscape is evolving faster than ever.
Her institutional career gave her unusually broad exposure across the full financial services landscape, having led global technology teams supporting equity trading, front office, compliance, client onboarding, financial crime, sales, research and operational functions - giving her a depth of domain knowledge that informs everything she does today.
As UK Asset & Wealth Partner at NextWave Consulting- an award-winning consultancy specialising in AI-enabled transformation for financial services, built on the premise that strategy, the right specialists, and modern technology solutions must work together - Kirstie advises asset managers and wealth managers on technology strategy, operating model design, and how to think clearly and practically about AI. She is passionate about building genuine AI literacy across the sector, designing and delivering programmes for professionals across asset and wealth management, and is a founding Non-Executive Director of Comic Relief's Technology Advisory Group.
