Sanctions Update with the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI)

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) will be joining the IA for a members’ only webinar on Wednesday, 13 April at 14:00-15:00.

OFSI ensures that financial sanctions are properly understood, implemented and enforced, including the sanctions enforced against Russia after the invasion of Ukraine. In this webinar, OFSI will discuss the latest sanctions measures, their approach to implementation, and how our industry can work best with them and across government on these issues. Topics covered will include the impact on investment funds and liquidity management; capital markets issues; and stewardship considerations.

OFSI will be able to answer general questions about the sanctions regime, but will not be able to offer specific guidance.
