IA and FCA Webinar on proposed equity listing rule reforms

Description

WHY ATTEND

The FCA and IA are co-hosting a webinar on June 8th to discuss the newly proposed equity listing rule reforms. These reforms, which follow a series of reviews and consultation on the UK listing regime, aim to replace the current standard and premium listing share categories with a single listing category for commercial company issuers of equity shares.

As part of this webinar the FCA will provide members with further information on the background and reasons for the proposed reforms as well as the structure of the proposed single segment, with an opportunity for Q&A. This is a great opportunity to engage with the FCA on a consultation that will shape the UK listings regime for years to come.
