Webinar: Decision-making in the Context of Sustainability, Climate Change and Fiduciary Duty
Description
.
WHY ATTEND
This webinar, which forms a part of the IA's Net Zero Forum series, will consider how investment managers consider sustainability and climate change in the context of their fiduciary duties and those of their clients. We will be joined by two members of the Financial Markets Law Committee (FMLC) working group who earlier this year produced an authoritative report 'Pension Fund Trustees and Fiduciary Duties'. David Rouch and Paul Lee will discuss this report, other developments in this area, and what they mean for UK-based investment managers.
