IA Webinar: What do Asset Owners Want from Performance and Risk Analytics?

Description

.

WHY ATTEND

The Investment Association are excited to invite you to an upcoming webinar in collaboration with our Affiliate partner, Confluence Technologies, on Wednesday 04 December.

This webinar will share the findings from Confluence’s recent survey of asset owners. A key finding from the survey shows that asset owners are increasingly focused on performance and risk measurement at the portfolio level. This webinar will outline what is driving this increased focus from asset owners, the key metrics that help them to better evaluate performance and risk and what this means for the evolution of the middle office model:

  • Why are asset owners increasingly interested in undertaking their own performance and risk measurement?
  • What are the key analytical toolkits for asset owners and why? Plan level, cross asset factor models, and macro attribution techniques
  • What would asset owners like to see from asset-class specific approaches for equities, fixed income and private asset investments?

Additionally, the webinar will touch on how the evolving expectations of asset owners will affect the types of performance and risk analytics provided by the middle office including multi-level Brinson, Fixed Income sleeve attribution, multi-factor and historical simulation risk and investment restrictions. We will also explore what this means for the middle office model as we expect to see the increasing adoption of managed services and the use of AI in transforming operational processes.

Do not miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and understand where asset owners are heading with innovative analytics.
