Anika Mashru, Senior Manager, PwC
Anika is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Workforce team, with experience in managing global and interdisciplinary projects for organisations undergoing significant transition or strategic change. She has a particular specialism in DEI data and how companies can use it to develop data-driven strategies and meaningful target setting. Anika has authored several pieces on the use of diversity data and is also actively involved in PwC’s inclusion networks, supporting the implementation of PwC’s inclusion strategies in day to day working.
Katy Bennett, PwC Workforce Reporting Lead, PwC
Katy leads PwC’s Workforce Reporting business in the UK and specialises in using people analytics to measure, monitor and enhance equality and pay fairness within organisations. She has supported global clients on pay transparency, workforce reporting and ESG requirements, and is a key author of PwC’s research on pay transparency and pay gap reporting. Katy also works closely with regulators and governments on shaping emerging policy across DEI and workforce reporting.
Shrena Fraser Johnson, Culture, Talent and Inclusion Specialist, The Investment Association
Shrena Fraser Johnson is the Culture, Talent and Inclusion Specialist at the Investment Association, the trade body that represents UK investment managers. Shrena is focused on UK culture and conduct, as well as employment and inclusion policy in the financial sector. Shrena oversees the IA’s HR Committee and leads on the IA’s Talent Survey and Report which was first launched in 2023. She has a BA in political science from the University at Albany, NY and a law degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC.
Yoni Stone, Manager, PwC
Yoni is a Manager in PwC’s Workforce Reporting team, working across a range of projects at the intersection of data analytics and DEI. He supports clients in calculating compliant reporting figures, as well as analysing and interpreting their data to help them understand and improve their diversity position across representation, progression, hiring, attrition and pay. He also has wide experience in diversity data analytics and constructing clear, impactful data visualisations.
