This event will bring together Heads of Operational Risk, Chief Operations Officers and project leads from member firms to assess the maturity of operational resilience in the investment management sector.
With the 31st March 2022 deadline imminent, firms will be expected to have identified their important business services, set impact tolerances and performed end-to-end mapping and scenario testing to a sufficient level to conduct these activities. This forum will explore the key regulatory requirements firms should be preparing for ahead of this first deadline, and perhaps more significantly, the areas firms should consider beyond March 2022.
Attending this event will provide you with:
- The necessary steps for firms ahead of the deadline and beyond to build their operational resilience
- Insights into how operational resilience can be integrated into firms’ businesses holistically and bringing about a cultural shift to facilitate this
- Expected developments within the international regulatory environment
- Output from the IA’s Operational Resilience Committee
This event is designed for C-Suite and senior representatives from firms responsible for implementing and overseeing the application of organisational initiatives to maintain operational resilience.
